Chef Eli Townsend is a native Memphian and graduate of Frayser High School. He begin his love affair with food at the age of 8 with help from the Memphis Public Libraries, bookmobile.

He has had the opportunity to travel across the country and learn how food impacts the lives of others and is the catalyst from much needed conversations. Eli is currently the Head Chef at Dos Hermanos Kitchen, located in the heart of downtown Memphis.

Dos Hermanos Kitchen is a hidden gem nestled inside the historic Cossitt Library. They take pride in offering a unique dining experience where everything is cooked to order.
